Equilibrium Brewery- Taproom and Bonfire Restaurant

Wonderful place wonderful space beautiful circular tap room. Nice brutalist with incredibly detailed and exquisite descriptions. They don’t have flights but you can get 4 ounce pores of several different bruise so it’s similar to having a flight plus they have smoked wings, barbecue brisket and pulled pork and a variety of other Tantalizing menu items. Definitely worth a try if you’re in Middletown. Drop your car off at the dealership (like I did.( The deal dealership provides a ride over from the dealership So you can get lunch and then call you and come get you after your car is done! Definitely worth the trip!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding last year. Equillibrium went out of their way to ensure it was an amazing experience. Affordable, excellent food, great service, and a laid back casual environment all made this an incredible evening. A brewery that makes cutting edge brews that doubles as a smokehouse (with the BEST brisket I’ve ever had)? Can’t argue with that logic. Equillibrium is a hidden gem of the mid Hudson valley

Plenty of variety to choose from. Staff was friendly. The food was a bonus!

Beautiful facility and nice bartenders. Beer review is on Untappd, this is for lunch as a whole. Spiced Fries are shoestring and came out piping hot. I could see the spice, but not taste it. Brisket sandwich is tasty, though the brisket was dry in the one place it wasn't exposed to the cheese, onions, or BBQ sauce. Beer selection is good, and complements the food.

We are amazed with the different options with IPA’s. I love the atmosphere and of course the deli food… very recommended!

This summer seemed to be a down season for these guys. Their offerings were sparse unlike past seasons.

I sat at the bar for over 20 minutes before I was asked if I needed a menu, then waited another 15 minutes before the girl bussing tables finally asked me if I was being helped. The beer was pretty good but it was entirely overshadowed by being completely ignored by the bartender, and I would’ve gone back again (and ordered more while I was there) if the service hadn’t been so terrible. The bartender never introduced herself so I don’t know her name, but I was there around 5pm on 9/13 if you choose to address it with her.
