Wonderful place wonderful space beautiful circular tap room. Nice brutalist with incredibly detailed and exquisite descriptions. They don’t have flights but you can get 4 ounce pores of several different bruise so it’s similar to having a flight plus they have smoked wings, barbecue brisket and pulled pork and a variety of other Tantalizing menu items. We hosted our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding last year. Equillibrium went out of their way to ensure it was an amazing experience. Affordable, excellent food, great service, and a laid back casual environment all made this an incredible evening. A brewery that makes cutting edge brews that doubles as a smokehouse (with the BEST brisket I’ve ever had)? Can’t argue with that logic. Equillibrium is a hidden gem of the mid Hudson valley
Beautiful facility and nice bartenders. Beer review is on Untappd, this is for lunch as a whole. Spiced Fries are shoestring and came out piping hot. I could see the spice, but not taste it. Brisket sandwich is tasty, though the brisket was dry in the one place it wasn't exposed to the cheese, onions, or BBQ sauce. Beer selection is good, and complements the food.
