La Morenita Market- Mexican Restaurant

Love their tortas de desayuno and chilaquiles. They are my go-to when ordering. The owner is such a sweetheart, but two employees lack in customer service. One of the delivery guys waits in the car for you to go out and grab your delivered food, which is a first I've ever seen. And the lady at the counter who picks up phone calls and takes orders can't even take 1 minute to hold for you to specify what you want before hanging up. Yes, I should be ready to order, and I am always ready, but 1 minute doesn't hurt her time. And mind you, hanging up the call is very disrespectful! Overall, I do recommend their tortas de desayuno and chilaquiles!

Best Breakfast Tortas !!!!

There is a different price of your Spanish or English. My husband wasn’t with us for our visit… we were way over charged for our rice and beans… I had someone order the rice after me and she came out with a clear plastic container filled with rice.. they put mine in a container with plastic around it tightly so I didn’t open it until we got back to the hotel.. out of all the food the rice and beans were exceptional… best rice and beans EVER but the other food was subpar at best. I ordered all this food and gave a tip… I was greatly disappointed…. But the beans made up for it… a bit!!

The store was really clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a carne asada burrito and and a carnitas platter. The food was really good and well made, the only down side was the tortillas, coming from Arizona my standard is pretty high but it's far from the worst I had in in NY. Would recommed!!

The food is very good but they don't give us cutlery to eat. You have to pay attention to that because they didn't give me anything and I had to eat with my hand.

If it weren't for that horrible music they play, sonideros and reggaeton... The atmosphere would be perfect. The food is very good, (except for the tacos with chicharrón, the last time it was stale, I hope they have changed it) here they have their 9.0

Excellent hidden gem. Feels just like you’re in Mexico. AND they make their own Freshly Baked Mexican bread! Their Adobada Tacos are great. And they have many other great Mexican dishes. They sell beer, soda and other Mexican small Market type goods. A must try.
