Stopped by to get Italian ice for my buddy who has diary and gluten allergy while making an ice cream run along with his brother. He truly enjoyed his large lemon Italian ice. When I expressed fear of cross contamination, our server ensured me that the ices was kept in a separate freezer. Definitely will be back!

It was my first time at Rita’s today and honestly, I had no idea what to get, but Megan made it super easy. She greeted me with a big smile and was so nice that I felt comfortable right away. I asked a ton of questions and tried a bunch of samples, and she was really patient and helpful the whole time. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience way more fun. We even had a good laugh a couple times, which totally made my day. Plus, she got my...

I went to get my usual gelati. They didn't have the black cherry, only the.Regular cherry. And it looked like it was freezer burnt. There were chunks of ice in it. The girl that was working there gave me a little bit of custard.. Pretty disappointed. Ok,so i went back again to see if they change. They had the black cherry and it was made an hour before i had it . What an amazing difference . Thanks for stepping up Rita's!back to 5 stars.
