Pressed tortilla (like a pita) stuffed with, beans and cheese, the meat of your choice topped with lettuce.

Softshell taco tortilla lined with beans grilled onions lettuce tomato and avocado. Topped with fresh Mexican cheese, No cheese for a vegan option.
Huarache
Oval pressed tortilla, Lined with beans, grilled meat lettuce, and fresh Mexican cheese.
Enchiladas (4 pcs)
Tortillas sauteed then bathed in special combination sauce of dried red or green peppers then stuffed with cheese and onion or meat and cheese.
Dorados
Pan-Fried Tortilla lined with beans, cheese (Veggie Option), NO CHEESE for a vegan option. Taco topped with lettuce, tomato, Avocado. Cheese for Veggie Options, No cheese for Vegan options.
Picaditas
Cornmeal pressed tortillas topped with red or green sauce, a choice of meat toppings.
Breaded Chicken (Milanesa)
Mexican Styled Steak

Do yourself a favor, and stop here if you are looking for a touch of authentic and dash of goodness. Decades of love fills this family owned restaurant, recipes passed down from one generation to another. Making on site the tortillas for a beautiful dining experience, this is a great example of showing how food quality is always important for their customers. Love LoVE LOVED this food and my time here.

I drive truck and was in Middletown ny for a delivery. Looking up food delivery in that area and found Taco Factory...ordered street tacos and they were as good as I've ever had...delivered to me hot, fresh and awsome...the owner took my order and delivered to me. Very nice and personable...when in this area I will be sure to order again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND You give them a try.

Juan and his wife Maria are amazing! Their food is delicious! Always on point! They also catered my wedding! Everyone raved about the food. Even though they specialize in Mexican. Juan is amazing chef also does other international foods!!! 100% would recommend!
