All i can say is this place is on a downward slope and I don't see it going up anytime soon. To start it's some of the worst, driest buffalo chicken you can get. I'm nearly never satisfied even on Thursdays. The service is usually long and slow due to low staff counts. The only positive thing is the food that's not chicken is pretty good, such as the burgers. Other than that, it is just a bland boring restaurant that left its prime back in 2015.
Food is always consistent here, food came out pretty quick, waitress was friendly. They were kinda busy so the manager was helping serve food, The manager came over to check on us, made sure we were good, which I thought was a nice touch. Will be going back again soon. Visited on 1.15.24
I ordered food on the Buffalo Wild Wings website and received the wrong order. I called up and a manager let me know they were going to call DoorDash and fix the problem. I get a call back about 30 minutes later from the manager who had just hung up with DoorDash. She let me know that she resolved the issue with them and my food is on the way. Disappointment turned into a positive experience thanks to the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings. Thanks again!
