Having just read other reviews on this location, I have to believe they've completely changed the staff, management, training, or all of these. We stopped there twice this past weekend - once for inside service and once for drive-in - and both times it was absolutely the best DD experience we've ever had...EVER! I called the DD in Modena NY to find out if they still had munchkins. The young man who answered was very professional. He offered to get what I wanted ready for me to pick it up. He came to the window and again was very kind. Thank you Kai for taking pride in what you do. Best of luck !Parking: The parking is limited.

This place has an insane influx of customers for being the only place to get coffee in the area that I have to whole heartedly give it up to the staff that puts up with the onslaught. They not only get the line moving by pushing through but also deliver you your order with a smile while being exhausted. The women and men of this establishment are some of your hardest workers around and would be a great addition to anyone's workforce.
