I recommend ordering ahead of time on the app! Every time I go into this store, it is ALWAYS packed- even on days/times you wouldn't typically assume it to be packed.I have never had a messed up order, and the staff is always super quick to do online orders / set them out!
The problem with being one of the only DD in an area is that you get packed very fast. This one is by a college and in a very popular town that is packed with visitors year round vut especially more during the fall.This was probably one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have had.

We went to this Dunkin Donuts 2 days in a row. Once around 11 am and once around 9 am. Both times the store was packed and very busy. Being from Boston this is something I'm used to and usually means that they are swamped behind the line, everything is going to take a little longer and the staff might be a little stressed.
