To say that the tacos are good is an understatement. I could not provide a picture because I garfed them up in 5 minutes. I got the smoked Chicken tacos and enjoyed a mexican coke with my meal. The purpose of this review was not only to review the food but the service as well. One of the waitresses had their child running around yelling screaming interupting guests while they were eating. I would have given this place a 5 out of 5. but the service was absolutely absurd.
Stopped here for lunch after a ride on the bike path. The staff were friendly and the service quick. The meal was very, very good. I got the shredded beef chimichanga and my friend got the shrimp fajitas. Both meals were served with refried beans, rice, pico de gallo, and guacamole. I can't believe they can provide such a tasty mean at such a good price. Lunch for two, with tax, was only $21.00. I will definitely go back if I am in the area.
Negative reviews for this place blow my mind. It's not meant to be a Michelin star restaurant, it's meant to be authentic Mexican food and IT IS. Extremely reasonably priced and the food is the only place I can go to, eat enough for 2 people and not feel like garbage in an hour. Near as I can tell they don't use a drop of oil - maybe on the chips (served free with salsa when you sit down) sodas aren't gouge pricing and are in mammoth cups (read, appropriate...
