Waterfront Grille

I was traveling through on business when I decided to stop by the WG from a recommendation from a friend. I got there at 3pm as they were closed to set up for dinner. I started to walk away when the owner sat me down. I'm a Lover of tripe and was told this is the place for it. I was amazed at the taste of the tripe, best I've ever had including my own. We've been driving past this place for years, finally stopped by. It was very cute! In sort of a tschotscke-filled way. The floor is carpeted, tye ceilings acoustic tiles, and the big comfy wooden chairs all have someone's name on the back. My wife and one daughter had the burgers which they thought were quite good (though the $3 upcharge for a lettuce leaf and $3 upcharge for the tomato slice were an unpleasant surprise when we got the bill) and my Reuben was totally fine. The food is the best in the northeast, get off exit 30, and go straight....you will love me forever for this advice! Make sure you order the calamari, Ceasar salad is to die for! The owner comes by to make sure you're happy, and the Chloe has to be one of the top five bartenders within the three counties! So come for the food, stay for the drinks!
