The young female, taking my order at 9:20 this morning Friday, September 12, the one with the Boy haircut and the hickeys all over her neck. She asked me twice what type of sugar that I wanted and I repeated twice liquid so then I go inside and I asked her to remake my coffee so she takes my coffee And instead of remaking it, she left the sugar at the bottom and put two more pumps of liquid sugar.. Not to mention, she was rude as all hell… Do better you work with the public! I wish I couldn’t even leave a star because every time I go, she’s rude!

I'm done with the Congers, NY DUNKIN. Let me tell you how many ways they messed up my very simple order... 1) ICED COFFEE BLACK WITH SUGAR...NO SUGAR WAS ADDED. RECEIPT LITERALLY SAYS 4 SUGARS! READING IS FUNDAMENTAL. 2) AVOCADO TOAST- UMMM I WOULDN'T CALL WHAT I HAD TOAST...BASICALLY WARMED BREAD 3) AVOCADO TOAST - HAS LIKE AN EVERYTHING BAGEL TYPE SEASONING ON TOP OF IT...NOT HERE 4) HAD TO TAKE A PISS WHILE WAITING...THE BATHROOM SMELLED LIKE DEAD FISH & STALE PISS.

Wow, where can I start?….. the last 5+ times, we’ve not received our full orders. To top things off this morning, two things missing, wrong size on one of the coffees, top not on correctly and it spilled all over my car seat. Lastly, milk was spoiled in the ice coffee. I’LL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I suggest you don’t either.

The staff is great but with that being said what is up with the food at this location??? This is the second time recently that I have ordered a bagel and both times it has this weird smell to it and tastes like some kind of chemical.. like chlorine I had to throw it out, disgusting

I walked in to get my mobile order and it wasn’t even prepared everytime I walk in they are missing something. I am late to work I’l because I had to wait longer for a different item after they did not have what I ordered and had to wait for my drink I placed my order 10 minutes before I arrived didn’t leave till 15 minutes later I asked for white cheddar and got American on the replacement the employees there were 3 people but only 2 actually working,(a red haired lady and a male with blonde hair) they prepared my whole order and someone else’s order by themself and the other women with them was doing absolutely nothing for any customers she was just walking around staring at orders and not making them I work at Dunkin and understand it gets busy, but it’s not an excuse to have only two employees working while a third just walks aimlessly with no a single thought in their mind.
