I stop in for small desserts and they are consistently excellent. I don't like how they charge a cc processing fee. Prices are on the expensive side already (worth it) already and the cc fee is additional.

I went to Lalima bakery on Saturday and purchased one pound of cookies and (2) Sfogliatella. The pound of cookies were put into a tiny box and they were stale and broken when I got home. Also, the Sfogliatella were raw. I will not be back, $25 wasted, unsatisfied customer.

The food especially the sandwiches are very tasty. It's a small shop and pastries are good. Reliable place for a good sandwich, and simple pastries. The espresso and coffee not the best quality. Very acidic but if you like it like that you will enjoy this type of coffee. It's a no frill shop. Not for me though and the prices are decent. Parking galore. Customer service is great very friendly woman. My mom found little rhinestones at the bottom of her coffee. Luckily no harm we just tossed.
** Note to owner check the cups before you pour. Especially if your wearing jewelry. Could have been a disaster.
