My friend and I went to this Panera yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The managers name was Jim and was so kind. He gave us a sample of the lemonade that k was thinking about getting. He also was helping out around the store in wherever they needed his help. I really admired that! When my friend and I left, he ran out and gave us 2 free cookies. I was really impressed with the customer service and kindness here!
I got there about 45 mins before closing and the place was empty but service was amazing. I’ve got to say my food was ready in no time at all and every single staff interaction was pleasant and friendly. I’m pretty easy to please but being almost the end of day you would think everyone would be done but they were all so polite and friendly it was a breath of fresh air. We had an awesome experience here!! The manager, Steve, checked in on us while we were eating to make sure everything was good. He was very nice and offered to wrap our leftovers to go. Overall, this place is great and we will definitely be coming back!!
