Solid place with a big menu. We've only had their pastas and rolls. Portions are generous and everything seems freshly prepared. Staff is generally friendly.

We wanted our pie fixings and we found this place. I wouldn’t say this was the best pie. Nothing to shout out about and the kids were also kinda meh. I thinking if we ate it right away it might have been better. We got the Philly cheese pie and like it said it was to crave our fixings. Thank you guys. I’d definitely give them another try.

The place is meh. The pizza used to be really good but not so much anymore. The service as well is mediocre. I placed an order and the gentleman seemed very short with me like he didn't want to take my order and then I asked for a price and how long it would be and he just hung up on me

First time eating at this pizza spot and I noticed they have New York sized slices it's amazing. Crust was a crisp buttery flaky soft style with a robust sauce to put it all together. Nice quiet friendly spot

Stopped in for a couple of slices the other day while at a neighboring shop Native Organics, I only got a plain slice & a white slice ( my taste test for every pizza place) & neither disappointed. Awesome spot, great ?

I went in for a slice and ordered it. While it was heating up I went to the bathroom... They did not have a roll of toilet paper in sight, only used/soiled paper towels scattered in the garbage... I lost my appetite and did not eat the pizza.
Ordered 2 sandwiches over the phone, I was told 15 mins. I showed up 20 mins later, the guy told me another few mins. Every few minutes the guy told me another few mins, he's making it now. Finally after waiting a total of 45 mins, I walked out and went somewhere else. Was at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they were not busy at all so I don't understand what the issue was. There's 9 other places in Monroe so might as well not go back to this place.

Literally the worst delivery driver I’ve ever seen, the guy had the nerve to ask for a higher tip and get all threatening and angry when I declined, I’m 18 years old and I don’t make that much money, so I try to tip as much as I can. Yet this grown man thinks it’s okay to threaten a literal 18 year old? Disgraceful place, will never order again. And the person on the phone even said they’ve done this in the past, and still have a job, horrible service, and horrible people work here. I’ll be sending a report to corporate this up-coming week, ridiculous.

The food was HORRIBLE. The chicken francese I ordered was gross ??. The sauce was this thick thick jelly creamy slop. Taste like I was chewing on lemon peel covered in butter. Chicken so thick and full of water. Wasted twenty dollars. The pizza was nasty too. The guy who worked counter and answered phones was cool tho. Polite . Respectful. The staff is cool . The restaurant itself was very clean and modern. Nice place inside. Wouldn't mind eating inside if food was ok. But I will not come back. You need to go to real Italian restaurant for entrees such as chicken francese. Turiello in nyack has the BEST. Also the Italian restaurant restaurant in shopping center where stop and shop and McDonald's is has very tod chicken francese also. Pizza good too. Updated December 10 2023. No I def won't give you another chance especially since your reply is a generic bot reply. You say the same thing to every bad review. I doubt you'll make any changes. I'm just one customer. But the food was that bad. ?. I now go to the pizza place next to AutoZone in that plaza. Everything was amazing. I have not had one bad thing. Don't waste your time or money at todcos they don't even have the decency to reply with an individual response to a negative review. What a joke.
