About Sheli’s pizza ( town square)

Sheli’s Pizza (Town Square) is a popular restaurant in Rockland County known for its delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Customers praise the pizza, describing it as good and fluffy, especially noting the new brick pizza oven that makes the pizza come out very well. The menu also includes standout dishes like gnocchi, pasta, and cauliflower bites, which many find to be exceptional and heaven-like. The restaurant has recently been renovated, featuring comfy couches and chairs that create a welcoming environment for diners.

The service at Sheli’s Pizza generally receives high marks, with staff members being described as nice and attentive. There are reports of excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, one customer noted that a cashier made sure they were satisfied after an issue and communicated with the owner to resolve it. The overall environment is described as comfortable and inviting.

However, some concerns have been raised about prices, which some find to be high given the quality of pizza store food offered. Additionally, there have been issues with staff language barriers and order accuracy, leading to frustrations about wait times and cold food. Despite these minor drawbacks, many customers consider Sheli’s Pizza a top place for good food and service in the area.
