We had an 8:15 reservation on Sat. 09/03/17. Arrived right on time but had to wait for a table for 10 mins, even though plenty empty tables. Sat down at a nice table, then proceeded to wait 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged us or brought us a menu. Finally a blonde woman hurriedly came over and asked if we were ready with our order. No introduction, no offer of a drink order. We asked if there were any specials and were told no. Then we asked what about the catch of the day? Oh yeah, she said and told us the dish. We ordered our food and a drink. A gentlemen came by and dropped off some delicious bread, but it was 15 more mins before our not so friendly waitress dropped of our drinks. We were on our appetizers already, which were delicious (watermelon salad and shrimp cocktail). When my husband mentioned to waitress that we were unhappy with service from her, she said they were short staffed and she was waiting for things too. Not apologetic at all. Had a really delicious filet mignon (which was cooked well instead of medium as ordered. We didn't dare send it back because we would never see it again.) The chef did a great job with the moistness and seasoning...my guess is it was medium when he cooked it and it just sat waiting for waitress and cooked more while resting. Waitress was finally prompt with dessert menus, but then after 20 mins of waiting for her to come back for our order, we asked for manager and left without dessert. Food was really good so I would give the place another try, just with a different waitress.

The service wasn't good very slow. It took 25 minutes to get our bill. The waiter was never around if you needed something. The bread came with dinner. The mussels came cold instead of hot and the steak was tough and over cooked. The prices they are charging you shouldn't have any issues. We will not be going back.

Wonderful meal during our Montauk vacation. "For the Table" appetizers were perfect. All of our entries ("catch of the day", raw bar, pasta) were delicious and well presented. We were not rushed at all, and each course was well paced. Wine was a bit pricey. Enzo took excellent care of us.

Beautiful restaurant and delicious food! I loved the watermelon and feta salad and the burrata. Food is a bit pricey and there isn't a kids menu but still amazing! I would definitely recommend it!

Really enjoyed our second visit to the Arbor. Nice selection of craft beer, excellent wines, healthy menu with local fish and meats. The scallops were outstanding, and the roasted chicken was crisp and juicy. Service was top notch, we dined early (6:30 pm) and had a nice quite table.

Amazing food and atmosphere.. All the staff was exceptional accept our waitress.. she just couldn't keep it together & borderline rude. Thankfully Janes came to our rescue.

The hostess was rude and said she gave away our table after 10 min after telling us they wait 20.. and the restaurant was empty. We pushed and were seated. Basically she was crazy. I talked to the manager and he apologized but honestly they should have done more .. she was awful to us

What a hidden gem! We did a birthday brunch here for my friends 30th and the food was so good. Also after Montauk prices this is the best you're gonna get! 29$ bottomless Rose, Sparkling or Mimosa. Our waitress was wonderful and food came in a good amount of time. The White Bean Hummus is a must! Ambience was chic.

We arrived fairly early for our 6:15 reservation and got seated outside. Upon sitting outside there was a couple that was clearly arguing and couldn't keep their voices down. We requested we sit inside where we were able to enjoy the wonderful decor and warmly lit ambiance. The staff, food, and experience were wonderful. This meal, for no celebration other than having a date night with my wife, are right up there with our engagement and wedding night dinners! Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed interiors. Excellent food preparation and presentation. Very interesting and tasty special drinks. Delicious appetizers and entrees, especially the seafood. Very attentive and friendly service. An amazing find in a restaurant-rich location.

Open table menu didn't match what the actual menu was which was disappointing and disorienting. Wait staff was extremely attentive. Chef was extremely inflexible - wouldn't make a dish with non dairy items or put sauce on side even with understanding of potential compromise to dish integrity. Chef should have worried more about properly cleaning the shrimp he sent out (still with veins in need of removal). The one "pasta" dish had a single thin piece of pastain the bowl. Bar tender was great and attentive. Truly enjoyed this location much better when it was under Ciao. Sorry. Was just very disappointing.

Service overall was terrible. Arrived early for our reservation so we didn't expect to be seated but we watched 3 small tables sit empty for an hour. After all that Was still sat 15 min past our reservation. Took forever for our table to be acknowledged. Had to flag down a random waiter for bread that is complimentary for every table (except ours maybe) Side orders never showed up. Took 15 min for a drink to arrive so we cancelled it. From the look of it, we weren't the only ones experiencing these issues. No management in sight. Worst part, the food was really good. Too bad the rest of the experience ruined it.

The restaurant was way too noisy for easy dinner conversation. The service was poor, even though there was plenty of staff. We had not received our appetizer and suddenly the meals showed up. Definitely a place to be seen, lots of Hamptons crowd. Small menu. Food was uninspired and wine list was kitschy but not great.

The food was amazing! We racked up a bit of a bill but it was well worth it. The service could have been nicer. I almost felt like I was a nuisance to our waitress being there for dinner. I would still happily go back and just hope for a different server.

My husband and I dined here while vacationing in Amagansett with our 13 year old and 10 year old. We loved the whole feel of the restaurant...the new build out was cozy yet modern and clean. The service was friendly and on point. The food was delicious....I loved my mussels and pomme frites. Can't say a negative thing about it. It was one of our favorite dining experiences during our vacation...especially the cool outdoor bar/ lounge with warming heaters, cozy couches, blankets and even a foosball table to help entertain the kiddos. It is a versatile space as a family spot, a respite while waiting for the train, and then it has all the makings to morph into a cool scene late night.
