I've been to Bennett's a few times and they do not disappoint! I've had their lobster rolls, oysters, sea bass, and tuna. We were given some of the tuna to sample and were sold. Wought a large chunk, took it home, sliced it thin and dressed the raw fish in soy sauce - amazing.
My favorite fish market! Pristinely clean fish & shellfish! Always fresh and my favorite perk is nothing gets out that door unless it’s wrapped with an ice chunk for the ride home! Many prepared & flash frozen shell fish cakes & pies all home made! Don’t forget dessert!
I take many trips to fish Montauk for a few days at a time. Bennett Shellfish is always my last stop before heading home. Kim and Clint are always great. Very friendly and they stock the highest quality seafood . A dozen clams and their smoked Bluefish “dip” start my order every time. Next it is whatever they recommend. I have NEVER been disappointed. Their lobster rolls are the best deal on the East End. (mine are “deconstructed” lol so they don’t get soggy on the trip...
