This review is for the "hotel", which was a huge disappointment. The check in/check out process is through text message, which isn't terrible but there was also no one on site that could help with basic things that you might need in an actual hotel, like extra towels or toilet paper. We stayed in room 13, a suite, and we found a snake under my bed. It was about 3ft long. See attached photos and video. Customer service treated the incident like it was absurd that we would be distraught over FINDING A SNAKE UNDER THE BED. Details below.
