The reviews make Ruschmeyer’s seem worse than it actually is. Our stay was not horrible, but it was not great either. The property has a lot of potential, but there is room for improvement.

If you're considering this property based on its Expedia listing, know that the listing and the reality are two different things.
We arrived to find the remote check-in system nonfunctional — the phone number on the listing rang unanswered, as did a backup number posted on the front door. No staff was present. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell well below the expectations set by their website and marketing materials. There was no staff member available to check us in, and after receiving the access code to our room, we discovered the door lock was malfunctioning. The room itself was also noticeably darker and less clean than advertised.
