Impressive, had a wonderful dining experience, beautiful sitting restaurant on the ocean. The menu for the cocktails was a variety to choose from. I choose the Gigi gimlet. My husband got his favorite martini. They were very good. Menu offers a lot of choices, selected the Hamachi, which was amazing, salad was the market salad of the restaurant ! Tested great with a very light delicious dressing. We got the Bronzino, which was preferred. Perfect, we finish the meal with the beignet desert. The service was outstanding we were greeted from the entrance with very cheerful professional people, but our server Andrew was outstanding. He was professional polite, smiling with great attitude. All the employee working were very efficient they clean the table and wipe it after every course. It is really a very good restaurant, highly recommended

Cocktails mid. Food was outstanding. Service was beach town speed, but very friendly. Ambience is great. If they tighten up their cocktail quality and their service responsiveness and tempo, they would have a truly outstanding overall restaurant. Food and ambience carry the team right now, and they really do.

Gigi@s was fabulous. Our server Mario was excellent. The appetizer's were delicious. Perfectly chilled oysters and tuna tartare that melted in your mouth. The lobster tagiliatelle was Perfectly prepared and succulent. The scallops were creamy and the baby lamb chops were juicy. Gigi”s mashed potatoes were rich and creamy with perfect texture. I will definitely be coming back. We went there because my nickname is Gigi and I love to cook it exceeded my expectations.

Unexpectedly work work-class level food and experience. The manager Josh made my guests from Europe feel welcome and surprised us with the attention. Better than Scarpetta beach, highly recommended!

Gurneys is quite possibly one of the finest hotels in existence, and a dinner on this breathtaking property was nothing short of spectacular. 10/10 recommend.

Thought it was great for dinner. We were seated overlooking the ocean. Service was attentive and prompt. Menu had nice selections and specialties. I would definitely come back.

Newly opened at Guerney's in old Scarpetta location. Can't beat view and ambience. Food was good to excellent. They need to work on service. Slow, inattentive and language barriers that resulted in wrong orders, both for breakfast and dinner. Will try again but was disappointed.

Very mediocre food as well as service. Ordered a bunch of different dishes but for the price tag I expected it to be tastier. Service was also a bit slow and unorganized.

An unforgettable night at Gigi's in Montauk. We were seated at a table with a breathtaking view overlooking the beach—picture perfect in every sense. The hamachi crudo struck an ideal balance of citrus, salt, and spice, each bite better than the last. The lobster tagliatelle was fresh, delicate, and impossibly light. But the true standout was the halibut—phyllo-crusted and served with a rich, dreamlike blanc sauce that I'll be thinking about for a long time. Service was flawless: warm, attentive, and never intrusive. From start to finish, an exceptional dining experience.

The staff was above & beyond amazing and attentive, the food and the drinks were super delicious and yummy- couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Opentable Diner

Wonderful food, attentive service, but very noisy. Cries out for a carpet or any sound abatement that might allow conversation at a table for 2 to4. Miss the old original Gurney's corny Italian rococo decor that was a relief from the now ubiquitous “ zen”running to “ Amish “ look of un inviting plain colorless Uber simple gray fixtures. Looks as if it was decorated by Monks who have taken a vow of poverty. Art work is all black, gray and during late fall no view of gorgeous ocean after early sunset. No music either but the noise would drown it out anyway. Very pricey for teensy portions.

The thanksgiving menu for 150$ was not worth the price. Our main dish was not warm and the dessert was also below our expectations. Service was in addition not the best. Overall - when you have dinner at Gurneys you expect something special, but this dinner was nothing special at all and with that price not worth it.

Was seated 45 minutes after my reservation. Food was ok. Ordered a bottle of wine which was never brought to the table. Terrible service.

Very overpriced for the quality of food. Do not get the scallops! So salty your blood pressure will go instantly up!!

Three staff is EXCELLENT!!! Everyone from the hostess, to the runners to the waiter, all fantastic! Food was VERY VERY good, great flavors. Some portions were good size, others need to be a little larger, especially based on price. Dessert, chocolate cake was Great. The alcoholic drinks are WAY TOO OVERPRICED. Would love to have had a second drink, not easy to expensive and not enough alcohol in the mixed drinks.
