Wonderful food, attentive service, but very noisy. Cries out for a carpet or any sound abatement that might allow conversation at a table for 2 to4. The thanksgiving menu for 150$ was not worth the price. Our main dish was not warm and the dessert was also below our expectations. Service was in addition not the best. Overall - when you have dinner at Gurneys you expect something special, but this dinner was nothing special at all and with that price not worth it.
Three staff is EXCELLENT!!! Everyone from the hostess, to the runners to the waiter, all fantastic! Food was VERY VERY good, great flavors. Some portions were good size, others need to be a little larger, especially based on price. Dessert, chocolate cake was Great. The alcoholic drinks are WAY TOO OVERPRICED. Would love to have had a second drink, not easy to expensive and not enough alcohol in the mixed drinks.
