I give this bakery three stars only because of variety that they have available in the casings.However, I have gone to this place a few times and every time everything is stale from the donuts to hard cookies and sour tasting frosting. Im not sure how often theyre doing fresh inventory but its obviously never in my favor

DONT DINE IN!! The food is very very good. I went a few years ago and everyone was friendly, However this year I visited and the lady (likely hispanic) and young lady (white looking) working seemed so annoyed and inconvenienced. We asked for an extra ingredient and she responded that they didn't have it in a very rude and hostile way. As a hispanic person it's embarrassing when our own kind treats us that way (she clearly was hispanic). The other younger girl also seemed bored and annoyed when we asked for coffees but wasn't as rude as the other one. We felt uncomfortable dining in.

Since I moved to USA, back in 2010-11, I always try the Italians bakery that are on my way, I’m lucky to say that after 15 years here I finally found a place where the espresso it taste like in Italy!! Thank you so much at DeFilippi for making such a great job, bravi tutti 🎉💕 definitely my go to for espresso from now on ☕️☕️☕️

The woman handling wholesale orders over the phone is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s as if dealing with customers is a personal inconvenience to her. I'm not sure what she's doing all day, but apparently, my business is an unwelcome interruption. Meanwhile, the front desk staff are always courteous and helpful—so it's unfortunate that one person's behavior is forcing me to leave a negative review. After being hung up on for the third time, I've had enough. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of treatment, especially when I'm bringing you repeat business.

I placed an order for a birthday cake yesterday, the lady who I spoke with over the phone who took my order was very rude, short and had no patience at all! She hung up the phone so quick on me just completely unprofessional! When I went to pick up the cake, I did not at all get what I wanted and the cake was DISGUSTING after opening it up and tasting it! What a waste of both my time and my money! I will NEVER come to this bakery ever again!!!! I will be sure to purchase from another bakery in the area moving forward.

I have purchased their Italian bread, rolls, cannoli, several different varieties of cookies, carrot cake, red velvet cake and had a Birthday Cake made of cannoli & rum. I have never been disappointed with anything, their products are always Delicious & Fresh I love this Place and so will you!!!

Whenever I'm in town, I always make a point to stop by this delightful spot to pickup over a pound of their delicious cookies and rugelach. It's the perfect place to grab a snack or stock up, as they offer a fantastic range of mouthwatering treats that never disappoint! Especially around the holidays!!!
