worst customer service I have ever had over the phone with a spanish restaurant. I was on the phone with the manager/ owner and his attitude was the worst, I was trying to explain to him the reason of my call, he did not have patience at all he said I dont have time for this and hung up the phone. I tried calling back three times and no one answered my call. Horrible! this tells me that Cutomer service is not his priority!!!

Great variety of amazing fresh food, the portions are large. The staff is very friendly and they always make sure your plate is to your liking. The dining area is clean and fun.
My family is so happy to have found this place. We recently moved from The Bronx and missed the authentic food. After trying many different places in Sullivan County- We have found our spot. The food is always fresh and delicious. The place is immaculately clean and you are always greeted with a smile from the staff. I could not recommend this establishment more.

I’ve been here twice and this places kills it. Anna and the family knock it out the park. If you want authentic Dominican/Puerto Rican home cooking then come here. Arroz con guandules, arrroz blanco con habichuelas, sancocho, carne, maduros and empanadas were delicious. All the best to this family. See you soon!

The food is amazing! The portions are large and the price is always affordable. The first time I had the food, it was lightning in a bottle. I've never been able to recreate that wonderful first experience. Every time I make the trip to Monticello (I live in PA) the restaurant is ALWAYS CLOSED. I swear it's like they know I'm coming. Their Google page will have different listed hours than what's on the front of the restaurant. The number you call never gets answered. It's a gamble to even make the trip since you can't believe the hours posted. 4 trips and they are always closed when their hours say they're open. Sometimes they just close early cause Why not? That's the perk of owning your own business I suppose. You end up alienating non-local patrons, since you can't just look up of the place is open or not. Food is out of this world, but the owners are aloof.
