Liza is an excellent manager i watched her train several employees while handling some rude customers and a massive 20 person family all ordering huge orders late at night when there was no a ton of premade food and people were hungry… she was kind patient and sincere while managing g everyone’s expectations and getting the fresh food out to everyone cool like a cucumber. I was hungry and shocked how expensive popeyes has gotten but it was worth it to watch someone as lovely...

Firstly the food was good. The chicken was very fresh and crispy and we enjoyed it. However, the wait time was ridiculous. We stopped at a drive thru assuming the wait would be average but ended up missing out on plans we had because it took so long. I think they need to hire more staff because the people that were there were clearly working pretty hard, they just need more help.
