I parked in the fine establishment pulled up to the speaker order my food was nice I didn't get screamed at this time and they didn't slam the window when I got my food lady was nice
I ordered online for pickup, and I had 5 hungry teen boys in tow that had just spent all day at the waterpark up the road. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were busy and I had placed a large order. They were running a bit behind, but it wasn't a big deal. They felt bad that I had to wait and gave me a free gallon of drink and an extra 6 pack of biscuits. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated! Great customer service Monticello KFC!

We pre ordered 2 chicken Pot Pies also everything was finger lickin good!I think different staff working because this has not been the case, normally missing bisquits, gravy or something, and normally the chicken needs to be placed in the oven because its raw. We were very happy this last time..
