“My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! This is entirely unlike other fast food sites.“

“It's a McDonald's. The foods are not that healthy, but quick when you're in a pinch. In my opinion it's expensive for the quality. You should spend a few extra bucks and get a steak somewhere. Their app has some discounts which is nice.“

“First time trying Jersey Mikes today. It was noontime so they were busy, but the line moves quickly due to an amazing staff who all have a job and do it efficiently. The staff is super friendly. The subs are absolutely delicious and the bread…the best! Next time we will order regular size. These subs are so filling, we have leftovers for a second meal. So glad you came to our area. “I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money. What an absolute pleasure! I asked how I could tip her personally, but since it was door dash it wasn’t possible. I intend to tip her in person on my next visit, but in the meantime I’ll give the tip of my appreciation! Some people are meant for this business, and as a personal lifer in the industry I’d welcome Jade on my team in a heartbeat! Thank you!“

“This spot unexpectedly lifted my mood after a loooooong drive back from a trip to canada. Not only are the chicken nuggets PERFFECTLY crisped and plump, the staff on shift at 9:22pm on Monday evening was SO nice and bright. I don’t typically review McDonald’s lol, but cmon, they decorate for Valentine’s Day! Good pit stop for long road trips north!“

“I want to give a shout-out to the African American gentleman who worked the drive thru at breakfast time during the summer. I would stop there before visiting my now deceased mother at the hospital. The hospital was a terrible environment, and I would literally dread going there. But that gentleman at the drive thru would always say something uplifting, which would make my horrific situation more tolerable. May God bless you, Sir. That's what you would always say to me. “Food is expensive and drinks are unreal. The staff is great and I enjoy the food. The app is kinda slow but I need the rewards. It'd be nice if they offered more deals. Especially on the Buffalo wraps. It costs 16 bucks for a Buffalo wrap and med fountain drink. I like the bogo foot long deal though that's the only reasonablely priced order there.“

There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! Very nice young man, you guys should be proud to have him as one of your employees!“
