9/10 staff members are rude and disrespectful to my friends and I every day. Always yelling and swearing or saying insults directly to us.Food is horrible. I’ll wait 45 minutes for two slices of pizza and it will be cold and dry, or I’ll order a salad and it won’t come with toppings or the dressing packet half the time
It's only open for 2 hours a day and doesn't offer everything on the menuand the app that you need to order from doesn't function well. Most of the time the food come out cold after waiting 45min. - 1hr.
The food is honestly really good, but the service is horrific. They consistently forget to send the notification that your food is ready so you need to go down and check to see if it's done. And by that time it's cold and you need to reheat it in the microwave anyway. And there doesn't ever seem to be anyone there to help resolve the issue. There's no refunds so you're just stuck dealing with the cold food. Staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.
