Food is good but expensive tales a long time to get food but theres a bigger issue i have. If your going to offer gluten free dont cross contaminate gluten free with wheat products. Change your gloves make the sandwhich on the other side not near bread/bagels. You will get someone sick. Not everyone is on the diet trend most people have celiac disease and any trace of wheat will get someone sick.

PLEASE don’t go here it’s a waste of money and time horrible horrible and I repeat horrible service from this special Ed server Julissa M she always completely messed my order up and is very disrespectful she charged me a credit card fee when I paid cash on top of everything I ordered a sandwich and they charged me extra for it and didn’t make it they made it wrong really crazy a disappointing visit unbelievable I go here on my only day off for a good breakfast sandwich and they always mess up I’ve given them chance time after time and I can honestly say this is the last time I will visit I will most likely have my whole friend group and family to go to other places I even have on the receipt what they charged me in a picture of what they gave me the sandwich When I asked to speak to a manager luxury dyslexic girl, Julissa laughed and said that there is no manager sucks this should be called bagels and buts it’s full of a holes on top of everything I can’t speak to a manger I’ve called back everyday and same person answers and says there’s no manger

I always only leave reviews on the good stuff, but this place was so lackluster I had to warn others. The stars must be from friends because the food isn’t worth the stop. I got two egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. I had to call back and ask if the eggs are even freshly cracked..they are at least. They use thomas bagels which are less than decent and it was barely toasted. Dont waste your money. Just thrown in a brown paperbag…classy. Staff is friendly but doesnt balance out the quality of the food being served. Wish i I paid after and not before to save the tip.

The younger woman are very nice and polite. The older woman is very rude and has an attitude most days. The bagels are amazing, but other things not so much. I got a chop cheese, NEVER AGAIN. No flavor and mostly clumps of melted cheese. Coming from nyc this is not a chop cheese.
