Got the "create your own" salad. Very clean. For me, It was enough for 3 servings! Everything fresh. Will be going back

Ordered a salad from here via grubhub and when I got it, it wasn't chopped. All the ingredients were just tossed together. The whole point of chop't is...that it's a chopped salad. Willing to give them one more shot but I think there's an issue with their employees not following the most basic directions.

I loved chopt until I found a bug on my salad. I was far away and had left the premises. While I was eating, I randomly inspected something that looked unusual, lo and behold it’s a bug. See pictures for reference. Never again. I used to be there at least twice a week. Yall need to be better. I understand things happen once in a while but this wasn’t a first. I’ve had uncooked chicken on my salad before and they returned it because I noticed it there and I let it go. But this is it. And it’s unacceptable.

I love chopt! But there is a problem with one of the team. Just get a salad now, i ordered curbside pick up, i was waiting outside 7 minutes, no body came out, i go inside leaving my car on the middle of the street, only one customer inside paying alredy, so the cashier taking care of, the other two employes just there doing nothing. This is my favorite food, but that team is sucks, I buy salad 3 times a week and these things only happen with that team. But I make the exception of the girl at the checkout who is the only one I always see her busy and she is very kind. Just happened Today april 20/2024 at 2:45 pm
