Went in and orders $30 worth of items. I’m a career barista and worked in coffee for 9 years. I ordered a one pump vanilla and two pumps cinnabun latte. Got our items and went in the car. I took one sip and noticed it didn’t taste like the lattes I had before. Noticed in the cup it said maple and I never get maple in any of my drinks. I know what it’s like to have a customer return the drink. But I asked my friend if they could go back inside and maybe they made a mistake. The guy on the register said yes he wrote maple but they put vanilla in the cup…. How does that make sense if that gentleman wasn’t on bar and on register? I tasted it again once my friend brought the same drink back to the car and it for sure is maple. Didn’t offer a remake or anything… like what… anyways the chicken bowl is fire tho.

11/10. The guy who attended me was so nice and friendly. Try the strawberry donut!! The lemonade was refreshing, the mocha latte was actually mocha-y. The wraps were yummy. They offer you hot sauce and though it’s not spicy, it’s flavorful.There’s outdoor seating available. Inside there’s multiple tables to sit and chat, get lost in a book or to catch up on some work. There was a local artist playing some relaxing background music on his guitar. Worth the drive up.

This place is totally amazing - the service is fast, efficient and friendly and the food is completely delicious! The prices are MUCH, lower than you would expect but the cost-value relationship is extremely high. I particularly loved the tofu wrap and hot sauce, but everything I tried was outstanding. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.🤩

The matcha needs to be better quality and properly prepared. whatever I had today was purely awful and cheap and no where close to a proper matcha latte
Used to love this place. But the day I ordered a lunch with a tea, brought the dishes to my table and the tea knocked over, and they said if I wanted more I would have to buy it. Just poor business practice, and rude! Seriously? I cost you a teabag? That's not how you treat customers!

Overpriced food and not very flexible to customization. When I asked about some ingredients in my wrap that were missing, I was told they make a big batch and sometimes it’s un-proportionate and didn’t offer anything to sway my unsatisfied claim. Even a dollar off or hey let’s fix it for you would have gone a long way. The food is nothing crazy, like it’s good, but not WOW, it’s worth it. I got 3 things and came out to $40, seems very unreasonable and the cashier/ barista guy didn’t have the best attitude either. Wish I could get my money back

Had a recommendation for this place so decided to try it out. Absolutely loved it! Started coming regularly until I had an incident with one of the baristas. I guess she misheard me when I ordered and when she gave me the drink I kindly stated that this wasn’t what I ordered. Immediately her kind energy was gone. In place was the most aggressive just plain mean energy I’ve felt EVER. Gave me the ugliest look and then asked me what I wanted so I told her and she made it for me and basically slammed it on the counter. I was polite and said thank you and as soon as I turned my back she started talking about me to another customer. I immediately turned around and said you could be a lot nice yknow, this is a coffee shop and things like this can happen. It’s not a big deal and you don’t need to be so hateful. And she just started yelling at me about how my money is more important than this shop and whatnot. Just mean. I was really upset walking out of there and haven’t been back since. Will never go back. So mean for no reason. And got a customer involved in attacking me at the register, because the customer started saying stuff to me too. Horrible experience, unfortunate for such a cute and delish spot.
