Downtown Mount Kisco looks like the set of a hallmark movie. This Starbucks fits right in. Very clean and friendly service. Drinks came out fast and hot. Enjoyed my time. Clean bathrooms too.

The atmosphere is amazing! I love how it’s very upscale and high class. My White Chocolate Mocha was really good and my Breakfast Sandwich was a little hard though, but still tasted good. I would recommend stopping for some coffee.

I ordered my drink, and my cashier was obviously new because he was unsure of how to ring me up. He called for help. A young lady came over and very kindly she instructed him how to do it. She was very gracious. Then I proceeded to watch the staff's interactions while I was waiting for my drink, Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (which was delicious, by the way) Claire (who I thought was the manager) was the helpful young lady, I watched her help co-workers in such a confident, kind and sweet way. I definitely recommend this place just for the customer service and staff interaction. Claire is an asset to not only this store but to the community.

My favorite Starbucks location especially due to the staff: Sarah the supervisor is amazing and always makes me smile as soon as I come in! Not only is she extremely friendly but she also knows how to execute my drinks very well, especially given how complex they can be lol. I go to Starbucks practically everyday, and I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live in the area. Throughout all the changes over the years, my experience here has only elevated because of Sarah along with the other star employees LJ, Claire, Sophia, Jahre (another supervisor) and Angel. Such an amazing crew and I’ll continue to come to this location so long as they’re all still there. :)

Decided to give this place a go since mast coffee is closed. What a mistake that was. Horrendous customer service. Zero stars if it was an option.Standing around like they don’t care. I won’t be stepping foot in this location anymore that’s for sure. If you need a Starbucks just go to the one in chappaqua by Whole Foods.
