“I have to admit, I DO NOT eat sushi at all. I brought my wife because she loves sushi and it was her birthday. I did my research and all the reviews were very positive. I decided to indulge even though I thought I wouldn’t like the meal. Much to my surprise I loved the meal and my wife was in all her glory. Watching the chefs prepare each course with the precision and attention to detail was great. These chefs really take pride in their craft. 10 out of 10!! Must try again!!!“

“I love trying out different sushi restaurants. This place was really good. Just a bit pricy. I would return to try some of their other rolls. The only downside is the crunch used in their spicy scallops roll was stale. Presentation and taste of their sushi were good. Looking forward to trying some of their other rolls.“

“The food and service are top tier. The restaurant is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed the food. We had the angus steak, salmon, shrimp, fried rice and veggies from the hibachi menu. Everything was delicious and expertly prepared in perfect portions.
Kid-friendliness: They have some decent options for kids. We ordered the kids meal from the hibachi menu which included a generous portion of a couple different options.“

“1st time at Iron Poke with my daughter. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient & most accommodating. Thrilled that they modified my meal to be GF DF. Our take out meals were packaged securely & enjoyed tremendously when we got home. Will definitely return next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!

“Best sushi restaurant in the area. Always fresh and fast. Worth the money. We don’t try other places because we love it o much.
All you can east sushi is affordable and worth the money. Go for dinner though, there’s more options, as their lunch all you can eat menu is not their full menu, and there’s some tasty stuff on that dinner menu.
Our go to always to start is the tuna pizza, clear mushroom soup, and their fried cheese wontons.
For our sushi and sashimi, we love their tuna sashimi and we normally order a bulk of that. For special rolls, our go to is anything tuna. Our favorite is tuna amazing, spicy girl, and volcano.
For their dessert menu, we love the green tea ice cream.
We especially love that everything is through the iPad- ordering drinks, even water, getting the check, and placing your food order. We will always continue to return.“

“Meet my daughter went out to lunch today at BJ Sushi and Port Jeff station I used to to go all the time. Today at lunch the first thing I said to myself is why did I stop coming here? This place is amazing. The food is amazing. Service is amazing and I highly recommend going there! definitely try the Kani salad??????“

“Ordered delivery. Fast service despite the estimated delivery time. Presentation of rolls were less than stellar but the quality and taste was great..mango was a little unripe. All in all a bit more pricey than other local sushi places but the food is good“

“We had the shrimp shumai, shrimp tempura rolls, lychee and pomegranate martini. We sat at the bar and Ashley served us. She made the best drinks. Everything was so fresh & delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and calming. Highly recommend! Thank you Ashley!“

“I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.“
