“We used Sammy Browns as the caterer for our backyard wedding. Doreen was so wonderful to work with. Anytime I had an ask or request she was quick to respond and always said ‘it’s my special day, whatever you want we can make happen’. I gave her an idea of what I was looking to do (with very confusing detail) and she gave me two example menus that were exactly what I was looking for! I have some guests with dietary restrictions and she made sure to include those options. She provided more food than we needed and was flexible on timing. She even provided a great worker to run the station who handled everything with out any help from me. Since the party was in my backyard I was worried I would be ‘hosting’ which I didn’t want to do, Tricia made sure everything was taken care of. Guests all said the taco bar and empanadas were great!
