We drove two hours from CT to NY to hike and although Twin Ravens was a little out of the way, we just had to stop by again! Steve is such a sweetie! Friendly, funny, and knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. He even remembered my order from 5 months ago ? The food is phenomenal, I HIGHLY recommend the breakfast burritos and hot honey chicken sandwich! Don’t even get me started on those milkshakes, you will definitely be back for more! “Waitress was excellent. Her suggestions were spot on. The brisket fries are enough for 2, and you need to get the single Patti burger if your getting more food. You might finish it, no promises. Those fries are serious and good. Beer selection was pretty good, and everything is very clean. Very comfortable setting. Tvs in the bar area and a back room that's a bit quieter. “We were in town and stopped in on a Wednesday evenight. Food is stationed almost buffet style behind a glass and you choose what you want to be served. Owners are very generous with their portions and the food was delicious. The Lechon was delicious and chicharon was really soft and crunchy. Very good. For a midweek evening it seemed they had their A+ food out which is rare to find, but that just speaks about the quality. No matter the day of the week, tbe owners care about the quality of food they put out. Everything was freshly made. I wish i was a resident of this town Abecause this would be my go to spot. I always go on Wednesdays for the dynamite roll because it's the special roll of the day. Each day of the week they do a special on a different type of roll. The teas are fresh brewed and not too sweet, just perfect everytime. The place is always clean. The employees are personable and always take good care of their customers.”
