Been trying to get my order in since Nov 30th. 20 days to return emails about order issues.. garbage customer service.
Ordered dinner rolls for my celiac child for Thanksgiving. (Advertised to arrive on time). Opened up on Thanksgiving day to a whole package of MOLD! Immediately sent a message to Katz regarding the MOLD including pictures. Received an email response back requesting more information/details which I responded back to within less than 24 hours. Frozen donuts.. while I recommend them due to the availability for someone with celiac disease... I am always HIGHLY disappointed in the consistency of the entire Katz products. The chocolate donuts with the pretty sprinkles actually look old, and moldy. Not appealing to the eye especially when using them as a replacement for NON gluten free baked goods.
