“I’ve always patronized this establishment especially the 1 on South Columbus Ave in Mt Vernon,NY. Unfortunately, they changed management now the service is poor. I’m quite disappointed. I ordered one thing n I was given something else. I didn’t realize it until I was on my way to the airport. Then I couldn’t return.“
“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...
I will not go back while she's there EVER!!
HER ATTITUDE SUCKS!!
