“I wish I could add extra starts to atmosphere cause, I don’t know what this place his in it’s atmosphere but I went there on a Saturday morning and I felt so calm, my stress completely disappeared I felt peaceful and I just felt so amazing, although it was very early the surroundings made me feel so awake and energetic, when I die I hope that what I felt here is what I’ll feel in heaven.“

“Its Dunkin. You know what youre getting. Always quick at the drive thru here. They do seem to be sold out of things from time to time. Maybe my timing is just bad. They're open 24 hours so I really dont want to fault them for anything. People working the window are always nice“

“This is my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood, I always get cold brew and it’s always fresh and you can tell it’s been brewed correctly. “I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. “There are two women who work there. I only know one of thems name, Asma . They make the coffee so well and take extra care to small details such as mixing the flavor shots and drizzle on top of the cold foam. “Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

“Iced coffee is literally a daily essential for me 😂☕. Since I’m always on the go, I don’t really have one consistent place that I get it from. I stopped at this location yesterday, and the service was nothing short of pleasant!

On top of that, my iced coffee was SOOOOOOO good! This may seem like something simple, but for me it’s definitely not because I’m very particular about how I like my drinks. As I was giving my order, the barista was attentive, patient, and pleasant the entire time. They listened to every little detail and got my drink exactly right without seeming annoyed or bothered which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other places when placing my order.

However, this Dunkin’ has become an essential part of my routine specifically because of how efficiently they navigate that rush. Despite the heavy foot traffic from the subway and the crowds waiting for the buses, the service is exceptionally fast.

I have stood in lines that looked daunting, spanning back toward the door, yet the crew manages the queue with such speed that I am usually in and out within minutes. It is honestly impressive to watch; they run this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the staff is experienced and they work hard to keep the flow moving so that commuters don’t miss the 4 train or their bus connection.

Beyond just the speed, the reliability here is unmatched. In all the time I have been coming here, they almost always get it right. On the rare occasion, perhaps once in a blue moon, that an order is slightly off, they are immediately apologetic and fix the order right up without any hesitation. That level of accountability and willingness to make it right instantly is something I value highly, as it saves me the stress of worrying about my breakfast during a hectic commute.

I also want to take a moment to appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Given the high volume of customers coming off Fordham Road, it would be easy for the store to become messy, but they do a fantastic job of keeping the space tidy. The staff members are courteous and professional, maintaining a positive attitude even when the store is packed. It makes a difference starting your day with a transaction that feels human and respectful.

If you are looking for a spot in the Bronx that respects your time, serves great coffee, and maintains high standards despite the busy location, this is the place to go. It is easily the most reliable Dunkin’ near the 4 line. Highly recommended.“

“I am a person that goes to DD daily. This was my first time at this location. Being a creature of habit I ordered my regular order of green ice tea and a croissant stuffer. This was the first and only time I had my drink made perfectly. He actually squeezed the lemon in my cup instead just placing them in my tea...that little thing made a big impact. I usually have to take the straw and squash them myself but not this time...Thanks to the wonderful and considerate location. If ever in the area again I know where to get my DD fix from“

“I have different dunkins I visit throughout the boroughs of NYC and this one is close to home, the staff knows me, knows my order even before walking through the door. My iced coffee is always on point, the owner is always upfront helping out the line whether it's with being a cashier, batista, or on drive thru. “This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations in The Bronx. You can taste the love they put into their drinks and food. The inside is super spacious and nice. The staff is also super hospitable as well. It's also very convenient next to the medical college and the hospital.“
