“I used to find Dunkin drinks, pricey and not that delicious but after coming to this Dunkin , my whole mindset changed. I absolutely love this DunKIN. “This is my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood, I always get cold brew and it’s always fresh and you can tell it’s been brewed correctly. Sometimes I go to different Dunkins in the area and the cold brew is too strong or too weak. The staff at this location are very nice and efficient, I always enjoy coming here!“

“Idea for a quick pick up. You can order ahead on the app which saves time. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter and a iced caramel latte. Both were good. No complaints. Friendly service. Quick service even when they are busy. Would recommend ⭐️“

“Very busy in the morning, with all the yellow buses so, be careful where your park, they have everything you need on the go, and they provide service with a smile.

Parking: There are many school buses in the, so be careful as night not blocked in.

“There are two women who work there. I only know one of thems name, Asma . They make the coffee so well and take extra care to small details such as mixing the flavor shots and drizzle on top of the cold foam. “Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated.

“I go every morning to the drive thru with my family and they are so nice. They know me so well they can recite my families order. My school is right down the street and so is my wife job so it's super convenient. I even do a coffee run sometimes on the way home from school for an extra boost. The owner and manager should be super proud of their hires.“

“I don't like going in there since they let just anyone in. Oftentimes, there are homeless people (yelling, cursing, soliciting, or intimidating patrons) sitting at one of only 3 tables.

“Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!“

“The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty good and the service is fast. The place is usually empty, but it’s kinda dirty outside with lots of homeless people nearby. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. The ice cream has a lot of frost, so it’s probably been sitting out too long.“

“I have been a regular customer at this specific Dunkin’ location on Fordham Road for quite a long time now, and I felt it was finally time to share my appreciation for the team here. First and foremost, the location is incredibly strategic, situated right next to the 4 train station. For anyone familiar with the absolute chaos of Fordham Road, between the rush of commuters coming off the elevated train and the nonstop bus traffic clogging the streets, you know that stopping for coffee here can feel like a gamble with time. However, this Dunkin’ has become an essential part of my routine specifically because of how efficiently they navigate that rush. Despite the heavy foot traffic from the subway and the crowds waiting for the buses, the service is exceptionally fast.

I have stood in lines that looked daunting, spanning back toward the door, yet the crew manages the queue with such speed that I am usually in and out within minutes. It is honestly impressive to watch; they run this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the staff is experienced and they work hard to keep the flow moving so that commuters don’t miss the 4 train or their bus connection.

Beyond just the speed, the reliability here is unmatched. In all the time I have been coming here, they almost always get it right. On the rare occasion, perhaps once in a blue moon, that an order is slightly off, they are immediately apologetic and fix the order right up without any hesitation. That level of accountability and willingness to make it right instantly is something I value highly, as it saves me the stress of worrying about my breakfast during a hectic commute.

I also want to take a moment to appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Given the high volume of customers coming off Fordham Road, it would be easy for the store to become messy, but they do a fantastic job of keeping the space tidy. The staff members are courteous and professional, maintaining a positive attitude even when the store is packed. It makes a difference starting your day with a transaction that feels human and respectful.

If you are looking for a spot in the Bronx that respects your time, serves great coffee, and maintains high standards despite the busy location, this is the place to go. It is easily the most reliable Dunkin’ near the 4 line. Highly recommended.“

“This is a small Dunkin' Donuts. The Donuts, drinks are always delicious. Once in a while, they don't have coconut donuts but today they I was lucky to get 2 coconut donut. The only down fall is the homeless people, are there most times. They will open the door, ask you for money and even come to the register asking for something to eat. This is a walk in and walk out Dunkin' Donuts. There are no seats to sit in at this location.“

“I am a person that goes to DD daily. This was my first time at this location. Being a creature of habit I ordered my regular order of green ice tea and a croissant stuffer. This was the first and only time I had my drink made perfectly. He actually squeezed the lemon in my cup instead just placing them in my tea...that little thing made a big impact. Exit lane not well marked so stay in the right lane to exit. Restroom open and reasonably clean. Limited food available late in the day. Staff efficient and friendly.“

“I have different dunkins I visit throughout the boroughs of NYC and this one is close to home, the staff knows me, knows my order even before walking through the door. My iced coffee is always on point, the owner is always upfront helping out the line whether it's with being a cashier, batista, or on drive thru.
