So… placed an order on the app around 11am. Money was taken from my bank account. This restaurant was supposed to be open at 10:30am.
I get to the restaurant past 11, another customer pulls in, and when we get out of our cars, the doors are locked. Lights on, doors locked. Okay, fine, maybe they have just drive thru open. KFC is one of the oldest chicken restaurants in the nation. Since 1993, I have been eating here. This year, it’s been twice in a month.
I endured the worst customer service experience I have every had while visiting this KFC. All of the employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Savanna was the one who took my order she was very rude and hostile and threatened to beat my a$$ after her shift is over at 5pm.
