My husband and I were at Broken Bow. I ordered at Ran & Gui's kitchen the last minute. So, I ordered whatever they had left which was the catfish bits, BBQ chicken wings, and chicken tenders. I have had catfish in the past which was flavorless. However, Ran & Gui's catfish bites was so flavorful that I didn't need the tartar sauce to enjoy them. Ran & Gui's Kitchen food truck (Truck was at Broken Bow Brewery) offers a delightful culinary experience, especially with their standout dry buffalo wings. The seasoning on these wings is expertly balanced, hitting all the right notes of flavor and spice. Additionally, their fresh collard greens are a must-try, cooked to perfection and bursting with freshness.
I can't tell what's better the food or the hospitality! The catfish bites, the smothered anything or the wings. Gotta make this food truck part of your eating rotation people!!!!
