This small spot would be bustling with street traffic from the local Mount Vernon government staff at lunch to the barrage of kids getting out of school needing a snack if it were not for COVID. According to local long timers, this place has been around for a while. On recommendation I tried the grilled chicken and rice platter. I have to give them three stars because normally their food is decent. I got chicken over rice today with a friend and we both got sick. We’ll stay away for a while and perhaps try it again in a few months.
