I ordered on uber eats and lets just say I was disappointed I saw all the good reviews and I wanted to give this a try but I was underwhelmed I got the jerk wrap it had no flavor and the ginger dressing I ordered with it never came. For my first experience I was not wowed:

Left Brooklyn to try the food, and was not disappointed! Love a spot when the food is made with love, treated like family! The vibe was amazing staff was on point! They was super patient being this was my first time. Was told I could make my bowls how I want it got to love that! Next time going early to get them patty’s since they’re a hit,Was sold out.

I ordered the Phlexx Rice Bowl which is $29 and change after tax. On all posters in the store it states the phlexx rice bowl comes with two protein, salad, oxtail is extra, FOUR (4) toppings and 1 dried topping. My server was adamant its only 3 toppings despite all the posters on the counter, on the buffet glass and despite me having other guests read it while there. I’m truly dissatisfied about this experience. Regular bowls are like $16 if I wanted that I wouldn’t pay basically...
