Matter of Health is one of our regular shopping locations. They have a great variety of vegan and natural foods. The store is well stocked so we can usually find exactly what we're looking for. Lots of fresh veggies and fruit attractively displayed.
There is a buffet near the back with some seating up front for a quick lunch on-the-go. Quality and variety is generally good, but not great. Food is not all vegan (or even vegetarian) so read the ingredient labels carefully.
I get all my organics here..They also have food buffet..there and their own made prepackaged..Love there food, hot food, pizza, deli section with wraps..whole chicken..when they have sales grab as much..its worth it..Great store
We love this place! From HOT fresh food to regular, healthy groceries, there is much to explore. The health section has extensive inventory, including Homeopathic Remedies, which I appreciate.
