Locals usually but hopping during grape festival been coming here 30 years still a favorite
Glad to see this place open again. It's a cool little place.
Great local dive bar and restaurant in Naples. Open late and free popcorn. Seems to be mostly locals (which isn’t always the case in a town with a lot of tourists). Havent had any food but drinks are always cold :)

Middletown Tavern is a friendly local spot with a cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious, with popular items like burgers, mozzarella sticks, and meatloaf special. The service is consistently first-rate and incredibly friendly. The tavern has a nice vibe, good music, and a solid tap selection, making it a great spot to catch sports games on TV. With plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for those looking for a local character. Note: cash only.
