When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. “This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.”

“I’m at Carrabba’s for the Duckhorn wine dinner and overall it has been a very positive experience. Unfortunately for me, I must have been the “odd man out” as I was seated at a table for one, so the social aspect of the evening was cut to zero for me.

And why the staff chose to seat this table for one immediately next to a table with two infants was kind of a questionable decision. Still, so far these kids have been angelic, so there is no complaint there! I just hope it stays that way. 🤣

It’s difficult to deliver 40+ serving of anything all at once, but the staff did a commendable job at doing just that! Everything tastes wonderful.”

“Amazing food! Went there 2 years ago on a whim. Looked like we walked into a wedding reception with a 1 man band. Stuck it out and stayed. Service was amazing! Food was even better! Staff was very professional and nice. 2 years later went back and found they were in a new location. Had to sit in overflow seating at 7:30 at night which was a dressed up hotel continental breakfast area. Dont let that fool you! Service was amazing! Food was perfect! Drinks were great! Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back again! I was with a party of 7 and we all felt the same way! Expensive but worth every penny!”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! I am so happy a loving environment like this exists. It’s such a wonderful way to spend time with furry loved ones. I instantly felt happy just being there around so many playful cats. I’m so surprised that they all seem to get along. All of the cats I’ve seen there are so calm and playful, or they are sleeping peacefully. It’s a wonderful, loving and clean environment for these feline friends to live or hopefully get adopted into new forever homes. I highly recommend paying them a visit. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, too. 10 out of 10 stars for Pawsitivitea Syracuse! 😻”

“Went this weekend and had an amazing time. It was a little busy, so our food took a little bit to come out (nothing excessive, since it was busy, but we were trying to make a movie).

Sarea was our server, and she was AMAZING! Super friendly right off the bat, checked on us at the right times, and really made the little bit of wait for food pleasant! Once we told her we needed to make a movie, she was able to bring our check our faster and some to-go boxes, but we ended up eating everything and still made the movie on-time.

She went above and beyond with her friendliness and accommodation, and had stand out service. It made our meal!”

I looked on the menu and was bummed out because I was in the mood for hawawshi but they didn’t have it. The man behind the counter gladly offered to make it for me, I was so elated. The hawawshi was absolutely delicious and took me back to the ones I had in Egypt 🇪🇬. If you want great food at a decent price with a friendly atmosphere and great music this is the place for you.
