“This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.“

“Fantastic diner with angels for staff, Carl’s Kountry Kitchen makes some fantastic meals, with prices so low I almost wonder if they’re making money. The customers are always friendly, a reflection of the refreshing attitude so commonly lost amongst today’s hustle and bustle establishments. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.“

“Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

“Passing through town on a snowy night, our family needed to grab a meal to bring back to the hotel. We had trouble narrowing down what to order, as there were so many great-looking options. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. Even our hard-to-please kids loved their meals and even actually asked to try some of ours. We will definitely be back when back in the area to try some of the other items (though it will be hard to pass up the jambalaya mac & cheese, southwestern egg rolls and loaded salts, knowing how good they are)!“

“The Market Diner is a beautiful gem perched in the very shadow of Destiny, USA. They offer up oversized portions, a cheerful staff of diligent waitresses, and a delightful atmosphere. Being right there in the Regional Market Complex is one reason why the food is so fresh, some of the ingredients are obviously farm to table. They have breakfast specials that I have enjoyed many of the. My favourite is the Friday Fish Dinner..... I will highly recommend them to anyone with a hearty appetite and ready to enjoy a sumptuous meal and a dessert (if you still have room)“

“I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet. The vegetables were excellent and the chicken was amazingly tender. This is one of the best skillet dinners on the menu. I spoke with (manager?) Tracey, who was quite pleasent while I dined. Hopefully Denny’s keeps this skillet dinner.“

“Been wanting to review this place every time we visit our Student @ Syracuse University, but always forget cuz we get straight to Biz once the food is served. Always go for the Steak & Eggs & really don't care what anyone else orders for themselves. But all is extremely good!!!“
