Didn’t physically go into this restaurant but my friend was on vacation and stopped and brought me home a bagel, when i tell you this bagel is the best bagel i’ve ever had, im in ohio writing this review enjoying the most delicious bagel 💕 my wait was only 1+ because friend drove 10 hours home with my bagel

Prices are crazy now, bacon egg and cheese is $8. I did a DoorDash order and got a sausage egg and cheese and a regular egg bagel. I received the sausage egg and cheese bagel, and an actual egg in a plastic cup container instead of an egg bagel. It’s funny but ridiculous lol.

Ordered a chicken salad with my salad and they forgot to put the chicken in. I called to have them reimburse the whole thing including the salad because what’s the point of eating a salad if there’s no protein ? Gave me a hard time. Said because I got the salad they can’t reimburse me. Never had this issue with any other location. Soooo… never coming back to this location.

Prices keep getting higher but portions keep getting smaller. Paid $20 for two bacon egg and cheeses that had approximately one slice of bacon between the two of them and was charged $2 extra for avocado. We watched them smear said avocado onto our sandwiches which was just the leftover avocado that they still had on their knife. I understand an extra charge for avocado, but I would expect more than a skid mark from someone else's sandwich.
