2/7/2024I have never been to a Bubbakoo's location, so my friend and I did not know what to expect. Walking in, the space felt very welcoming, and were greeted by smiles by the staff! I decided to get the Mango Habanero Salad with the hard shell base. It was love at first bite.. the salad had the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and the juices from the meat were very savory. My friend got a quesadilla with chicken; she is sensitive to spice.. and the staff were very understanding and avoided adding any spice. I took a bite of her quesadilla and I loved it!I regret not asking for their names, but the man with the arm tattoos went above and beyond with his customer service! He even gave us a free dessert- and that was also very delicious!As you may note, I have never written a review.. that is how amazed we are by the service this location has given to us. Bubbakoo's has gained two VERY LOYAL customers to their New City location.. and I hope everyone gets to try the very delicious TRULY Mexican Fusion and meet the very friendly staff! THANK YOU!!!!

One of the best fast food places in the area. Ingredients look fresh and everyone was very attentive and ready to serve. You can order and eat there, order and pick it up, or just deliver. Bubbakoo's Burritos In New City is the place to go, everybody is up beat good serviceand my Guy Mark in the back cooking up magic, whatever you can think of he will make it happen, and always comes up with great ideas if your ever stuck not knowing what you may want he is on point the whole establishment is on point never disappointed

Literally the best place I’ve ever been. The service is insanely good and all of the workers have consistently been friendly and helpful.
This was my first time here and it was unbelievable. Mark the manager went above and beyond for us. He made us a special delicious taco that blew me away. The pork was so soft and the sauce was delicious. As I ate my food in the restaurant he checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking which was very nice. At the end Mark made us a delicious dessert that I will definitely be coming back for. See picture below. I have never had such a soft, well crafted fried Oreo. The syrup that was on the dessert was to die for! 11/10 experience thanks to Mark and food also 11/10. I wish I came here sooner! Can’t wait to come back.

Frequented this establishment a number of times already. Both dine-in and take out. The portions are big. I typically order the chwawa base. The family ordered other types of base on the menu. All delicious. Children friendly. We requested a side order of plain rice for the little one and they happily fulfilled the request. My child even got free chips once.
