“My husband and I went in this afternoon for the first time. We ordered the southwest egg rolls, a gyro for my husband, and a chopped cheese for myself. The southwest egg rolls were pretty solid. The only thing I would suggest is that they’re not placed on lettuce as they were. The lettuce made the bottoms soggy. Otherwise they were really good and the dipping sauce was delicious. My husband did ask for no onions on his gyro, but got onions. That aside the gyro was fantastic. The fried were super crispy thanks to vented plastic to-go containers that should honestly be mandatory. We are looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu!“

“I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff was truly wonderful which made everything even better. But keeping in mind what the Employees have to endure, working under strenuous conditions, many feel under paid, they sure need credit for their effort. My experience going to this Popeyes located on RT 59, Spring Valley NY has always been wonderful. The Manager named Vanesha, is extremely polite, and helpful. She is constantly on the lookout to see whether the other Employees are in need of assistance in helping the customers. And i must say the Fried Chicken is always Fresh and Hot. There are times my companion and I had to wait a few extra minutes while our order was being prepared. The only change i noticed, there's No More 'Refills' on Drinks!
