Terrible service. They now offer curbside pickup but only in theory. Waited half hour outside for ONE coffee and donut before going into the store to find the coffee had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long with the clear label on it that said “curbside”. No donut. I had to go to the counter and wait another 10 minutes to ask for my donut. Smh.

Worse service ever. I stop by for a tea on Monday nights and the employees will literally ignore you for up to 10 minutes while walking around doing nothing. It's like a competition to not serve anyone. People literally walk off the line every time I've gone. Only DD in New City.

Coffee was good and the old-fashion cake donut was good. The girl who rang me up was more focused on talking to the guy at the register next to hers and she missed two things that I had to repeat. The sourdough sandwich bread had been burned in the toaster. The worker laughed about it as she showed the other worker and try to hide it from me. As if I wouldn't notice it when I opened the wrapper. There were no sleeves to hold the hot coffee cup. There were no extra packets of sugar. And the store had an unpleasant chemical smell.

I watched a clerk pick up coins off of the floor and then go to handling food without washing her hands first. That same person had trouble hearing customers because of the airpods in her ears that were playing something from her phone.
The absolute strangest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever walked into. Walked in at 9 am on Saturday and they didn’t have iced coffee!!! They ran out!?! That’s like going into McDonald’s and they don’t have burgers. So disorganized so bizarre. What a sht show in there .

Highly disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin location today. A coworker placed an order at 11:30 am. At 3pm I had to wait over 30 minutes for the mobile order, which again was placed over 3 hours prior. I asked the barista 5 minutes after I arrived when the order would be ready and he said in a little bit. Understandable, they had a line and I knew a few more things had to be put together. Fast forward 15 minutes later, I ask again and he says he is preparing it now. Seeing the frustration my face he said something along the lines of " everything comes out super slow and you're hot coffee is already done " I was triggered. I worked in the service industry for many years. Admit you dropped the ball, fix the mistake and move on. Making excuses just makes your customer more irritable. I asked the gentleman if in fact the order was put in 4 hours ago which he agreed. So there really was no excuse why 2 boxes of donuts, 2 boxes of munchkins and 2 boxes of coffee should take four hours to prepare.
