Ordered tuna on a flagel. I asked the owner if the tuna was white meat and he said of course. When I opened the bag at home, the tuna was dark and very fishy and the bagel was stale. I called the store and owner argued with me. I brought the bagel back and he said no one ever complains about his tuna
And said he works hard for his money and will give me back my money only this time . I argued back and said we all work hard for our money and the bagel was $10.84 keep the 84 cents and left. He is a nasty condescending person! Go to David’s or Goldbergs.

This place is literally spotless and their food is fantastic, love their bagels and Flagels so and they couldn’t be more friendly, they’re always aiming to please!!! For someone to say that there’s mold on the cheese and it’s filthy. It has to be a personal issue because that is so not true with my experience and I go there quite a bit. I’m not trying to put anyone down or be rude in any way but owning a service business for over 30 years I personally don’t give negative (only positive) reviews. It could literally ruin someone’s hard work and a huge investment!!! I just won’t go back after the 2nd visit( everyone is entitled to have a bad day)!!! I will always give a business the benefit of the doubt! So sorry but I felt the need to give this review!!! They truly are wonderful people!!!

Bagels soo old and raw, under cooked etc I felt flour n my teeth till I washed my mouth plus staff need to be well controlled for emotional instead making money!

Top notch prices for pathetic food. $10 for 2 bagels "with Cream Cheese" still trying to find the rest of the cream cheese.

John and his team are always friendly, happy to help, and consistently make great food. I stop by all the time and with full confidence I know I'm going to enjoy my meal. I highly recommend John's all the time to my friends, family, and co-workers.

Probably the best bagels in Clarkstown if not Rockland County as a whole. Great staff who is friendly, good value, and great all around cleanliness. My only suggestion to customers is consider calling them in advance because at times they can get a decent line due to popularity during the morning rush. Keep up the great work!!

I had the same experience as another patron. Probably the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had in a very long time. Bagel was stale, bacon was more like jerky, egg was only on one half of the bagel. Feels really sloppy and careless. Iced coffee also isn’t great.
