Outstanding food and outstanding service. We went for a birthday, and they provided a dessert for the birthdays we were celebrating. I definitely recommend going, as it’s an amazing experience with amazing food. Additionally, it’s on the quieter side, with a very calm atmosphere. Very well-decorated too!!

Mizu Hibachi & Sushi has been one of our go-to spots in New City since they opened. We come here at least twice a month, and at this point, the owner and staff feel like family. The service is always outstanding—friendly, fast, and attentive.

Need some new chefs. The quality of the food is always good. However, the chef we had was quite poor, to put it mildly. He actually cooked the food in the opposite order of any hibachi place I’ve ever seen, whereas the proteins were cooked first, followed by the noodles, then the rice and then the vegetables. On top of this, the vegetables were basically raw and just full of oil. He also wasn’t trained to create the fire volcano or throw food with his spatula. I’m...
